Meet Olivia

I’m a designer, brand strategist, and accessibility advocate. I help brands craft identities that connect, resonate, and drive real impact.

As a neurodivergent person of colour, I know what it’s like to navigate spaces that weren’t built with everyone in mind. That experience shapes everything I do. Creating brands that visually compelling, accessible, and strategically built for growth.

Before founding Ollie & Sid, I taught neurodivergent and disabled children and adults. I already knew the world wasn’t designed for everyone. But that work made me even more determined to advocate, create, and build spaces where people feel seen, included, and inspired. Branding is one of the most powerful ways to do that.

Now, I collaborate with founders, startups, creative entrepreneurs, and global brands to craft identities that build communities. My approach blends strategy, storytelling, and accessible design, ensuring that every brand I build doesn’t just look good. It feels like it belongs to the people it serves.
